LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer and not ZEUS PROTECTION, s.r.o. (stunguns.eu) to ascertain and obey all applicable laws in regard to the possession and use of all products on this site. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. ZEUS PROTECTION, s.r.o. (stunguns.eu) will not be held liable for the misuse of any product on this site. It is the buyer's responsibility to care about the legal possibility to own and buy a stun gun or any product on our website in his country. We can not refund the money if your order was confiscated by your local customs. We are not responsible for this matter as we are not able to stay updated on all EU individual country laws.

RETURN POLICY

In special exceptions, returns may be approved but there will be a 25% restocking fee for non-returnable items.

You have 30 days after the original delivery date to return your item.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. The cost of shipping your order to you will be deducted from any refund given.

Returns on items purchased with free shipping will still have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Opened items will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This restocking fee also applies to returns over 150 EUR or special purchases.

Return Restrictions:

No return on pepper spray.

Important: To return a product, you must first send an e-mail to sales@stunguns.eu for authorization and return instructions. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RMA Number. Returns should be complete with the original boxes and packing material. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. The customer is responsible for the return.

WARRANTY

We warrant our products to be defect-free when they are received. If the product you receive is defective, please notify us as soon as possible. The manufacturer's lifetime warranty will cover the product if it becomes defective after it is received by the customer.

Shipping is free if the order is above 150 €. 

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse. The adress is Srbec 40, Srbec, 270 65, Czech republic. It may be shipped by either PPL, DHL or Czech Post. The shipping usually takes from 2-7 business days, depending on the country in EU. We ship only to EU countries. 

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order is shipped. This will include a tracking number to help you track your shipment. 

If we are not able to ship within that time, you will be notified by email. If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to allow you to cancel your order or have the item shipped to you at the earliest possible time.

1. Order online through this internet store. It is fast, secure, and efficient. 

2. Order by Phone. Please call us at + 420 739 090 329 during our business hours (Mon to Fri, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm CET). 

3. Order by email: sales@stunguns.eu 

We can ship the orders only to people older than 18 years with no exceptions. Stun guns have to be always used in case of self-defense ONLY!
